Delta Sonic Car Wash

Paid for the kiss plus, got home and all the bugs are still all over the front. It doesn't even look like it was cleaned. Took a picture and can tell its bugs are days old.

Excellent customer service, with agents doing the best they can with a presumably outdated database system that can not consistently pull up customer plans from either a license plate, or a credit card, or a sticker number. If a customer wants to ask questions about their account, they have to come prepared with all three so that maybe one of them will pull up their account.

Why isnt the name and date of birth enough?

Why cant delta sonic execute this basic function of a company? Staff is great

Used kios @ henrietta (1st time there) for cup of coffee only to find no self service. Huge line.

Couldn't wait asked for a refund. Person didn't know how to do a refund. Asked someone else. They didn't understand.

Got manager he didn't really get it until the 3rd explanation This took11 mins btw.

Bottom line don't go to this location it's a zoo w rude management.

800 agent (bcuz I called too) was rude and interrupted me. Listen to the call.

Manager @ call center got it but the whole thing was painful and not worth it. Easier to spend the money @ starbucks and be treated nicer

After an oil change, ask a new back blade. He put it on l left it started snowing.

I turned on blade stared making scaping noises . Took back right away. He checked put another blade. Ask it scrape my window.

He said no.Next day got car wash . Saw the scope on window.

I should check it myself. I trust him.

My window was scratched after they put a new back blade on. They refused take responsibility.

I returned they put new blade, l ask the guy did it scratch my window he said no. I realized it was scratch . Made complaint talk to Jeff . They told me their nothing they could do.

It was their fault. That service !

Ask a new blade back window after just receiving oil change l left l noticed my blade started scraping my window. I returned.

He put another blade. It worked better. I ask if it scape my glass he said no .

I should got out and check myself. Next day went through Car wash it was scratch.

Left a message about my bill being raised without my consent and I never hit a phone call back about that period!

I terminated my service in August, and I continued to get billed. Not only did they continue to bill me, they actually went up 3 additional dollars and continued to charge me. I even changed my card and they manage to get my billing information and continue to charge my account

Niagara Falls store location! Slimy stuff coming from fountain station employee states they are not required to clean them which is utterly disgusting if true or maybe this employee just didn't give a crap but overall the store was dirty feeling hopefully will be addressed

I had to wash my truck before I took it in to get service done to it. Take it in for a wash paid for wash with brake dust removal.

Go through the wash and my rims are still full of dirt I am not happy with this service at all.

Get better service elsewhere. This is why I would rather go to any other car wash if there was an option.

Hi, this is the delta sonic address my car crashed 1006 McKinley Pkwy, Buffalo, NY 14220 so by this store manager I did a claim after 3 days I got a claim number and its saying I have to sent total estimated and I did it but almost two week I didnt got any reply so honestly Im confused now what should I do to fix my car. Im waiting for reply are they able to fix it or I have to do it myself

Online systems worse phone calls respond 0%I dont like the systems of delta sonic please upgrade the systems answer the phone calls and give a direct phone number to the customer

I changed bank cards therefore I paid once and I was also charged through auto pay from my new card so I paid twice. Please check my records and reimburse me. Thank you.
