Delta Sonic Car Wash - Paint scratch damage to several autos at Homewood Illinois

I have an $70k automobile and the Delta Sonic in Homewood left my vehicle with several noticable long scratches in more than one area on the vehicle!

Only thing I can think of is that the wiping attendants are damaging cars when they wipe them down...? Either with their metal badges or dirt grit embedded in the towels.

This is highly unacceptable for any priced Vehicle! You pay good money for the touchless wash and then the wipe down leaves your vehicle with unsightly permanent scratches!!!!

I've never had a problem with the Downers Grove location every time I decided to use their location while in that locality.

I'm not being partial, but something is wrong with the fact , that every time I take any of my vehicles (4) in total to Delta Homewood, IL. location I find new blemishes on my vehicles!

Something has to be done!

Its it just me!??? Do others have this issue, or are the attendants Purposedly targeting my vehicles????

I have repaint estimates which add up to over $3,000k!!!! Is Delta Sonic going to pay for this????

I just washed two vehicles and both have long scratches that weren't there before on the door panels and hood!!!

Take them darn metal infused badges off their necks that scratch paint when they lean against cars to wipe them down!!! This is the only righteous thing that I can come up with other than the carwash itself has issues or the intial attendants with the prewash power wands are scraping against the cars as they spray them down!

My cars are kept in private garages. Why do they have all these skinny line scratches around the vehicle this year???

I don't remember having this problem at Homewood site in past years! What has happened to quality service car washes!
