On feb 27th i went to get my interior done. Well i have unlimited wash and interior.

This was my 1st time getting interior done since i had the plan. Well, the employee said he dosent see where i have unlimited interior. I said well i do. He said this time will be a courtesy.

Well on 3/2 my bank charged my monthly unlimited interior fee. I even called the customer service number and they said the same thing. Its amazing they hurriedly take your money for the so called "deals" and now they tell me oh we'll do it this 1 time.

And I'm still waiting for someone to return my call. Business is something these days.
