Had to take the old oil pan to the service manager. The manager was very condescending insisting it was not there fault.

They use preset wrench buddy system and cameras. He then took the oil pan and he also was unabl to get the drain plug out. Then stated “ you’ve only been here once and your vehicle was leaking other fluids” I’m still not sure what that had to do with the oil plug. It seems no one wants to accept responsibility.

Have not heard back from corporate. Canceled my Delta Sonic unlimited account.

Had my oil changed they stripped the oil pan bolt by over tightening it. Next oil change they were unable to get the bolt out I ended up having to get a new oil pan.

Don’t go to Delta Sonic go to real mechanic
